June 2008 – Fluent Energy is proud to announce that it is now part of the Synergy Energy Holdings network. This new entity brings together companies with which Fluent has worked in the past, which together provide an even broader range of energy consulting and procurement services.

June 2004 – Fluent Energy has successfully completed EDI Phase III testing on behalf of our clients in the Rochester Gas& Electric, New York State Electric & Gas, Niagara Mohawk, Consolidated Edison and National Fuel Gas utility territories.  EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is a standard for the electronic exchange of information between businesses. The New York State Public Service Commission requires all utilities and ESCO/Marketers conducting business in New York State to exchange data via EDI.

November 20, 2003 Buffalo, NY – Leveraged Energy Purchasing Corporation, more commonly known as LepCorp, today announced that the company has changed its name to Fluent Energy.  Company president Michael Mastroianni made the announcement.  In addition to a new name the company has also adopted a new logo and graphic identification.
